Conditions:
Non-defective books must meet the following conditions to qualify for return acceptance.
� Books must bear no markings or be otherwise defaced or damaged.
� Books must include all original additional elements (dry-erase marker, telephone, microphone, game pieces, etc.)
� Contact our customer service to receive a return confirmation number.
� Books must be returned within 30 days of purchase (date on receipt).
We will not accept anything that does not meet the above conditions.
