What Should I Expect Once I've Placed an Order?
Shortly after placing your order, you will receive an email with order number confirming that we have received your order. Please save it, it'll be your receipt. Then you may check Order Tracking system on our site ButtonSoundBook.com, using your order number, where we'll update info about processing your order. We will update this information three times:
1. after payment confurmation
2. after order handling
3. after mailing it to you
To Find the Shipping Cost
To find the shipping cost for an order, simply place the items in your cart. Our shipping costs are based on number of books, total weight, and shipping method. Shipping and handling cost estimates that appear in the cart are calculated with our lowest cost shipping method and assume all items in the cart are going to one address.
How We Calculate Shipping Costs For Standard Delivery
Shipping and handling costs vary by items quantity, total weight, and by shipping method. For each order, there is a fixed cost plus a per-item cost. Fixed and per-item costs differ according to the type of delivery. Books under 5 pounds, for example, have a fixed shipping cost of $2.97 and an additional per-item shipping cost of $0.97 (assuming Standard delivery). For Example : shipping a single book that is under 5 pounds, therefore, would cost $3.94 ($2.97 + $0.97). Shipping two books that are under 5 pounds each would cost $4.91 ($2.97 + $0.97 + $0.97).
What Is Your Time Arrangement ?
Domestic Standard shipments are expected to arrive within 4 to 14 business days after shipping (they may take as long as 21 business days). Domestic Expedited shipments are expected to arrive within 2 to 6 business days after shipping. International Standard shipments are expected to arrive in 3 to 6 weeks (they may take 8 to 12 weeks on account of delay in customs). Marketplace shipping times are not guaranteed and the actual performance varies by seller.

When I'll Recieve My Order?
If you place an order choosing Internet processing and pay by credit card, it takes up to 2 days for order processing. Then we will ship it to you. If you use Standard Delivery, it takes 6 to 10 days (total up to 12 days). With Priority Mail, sheeping takes 3 to 5 days (total up to 7 days). With Express Delivery sheeping takes 1 to 2 days (up to 4 days).
If I Use Fax/Mail Order Processing and Pay by Check, When I'll Receive My Order?
If you paid by check, our bank need additional time to clear you check. For California's check it takes 2-4 days, for other states in USA it takes 4-6 business days, for foreign check it takes 2-6 weeks. After check will be cleared, we'll ship your order.
