What is the best way to contact Button Sound Book Store?
The absolute best way to contact us is to send an email to [email protected]. If you contact us by phone, you will reach our company voice mail where you can leave a message. For status of orders or for matters requiring immediate attention, please contact us via email.
Please remember payments will charge your credit or debit card for your purchase when you place your order.
To Find the Shipping Cost
To find the shipping cost for an order, simply place the items in your cart. Our shipping costs are based on number of books, total weight, and shipping method. Shipping and handling cost estimates that appear in the cart are calculated with our lowest cost shipping method and assume all items in the cart are going to one address.
If the shipping address is outside the US, the International delivery will be calculated later and not included in your initial statement. After your international shipping cost will be calculated, we'll send you an e-mail and wait for your reply with confirmation. You may accept the shipping charge, we'll charge your credit card and your order will be shipped to you.
Or you may NOT CONFIRM the shipping cost, we'll cancel the order and issue a full refund.
What Is Your Time Arrangement ?
Domestic Standard shipments (MEDIA MAIL)are expected to arrive within 4 to 14 business days after shipping (they may take as long as 21 business days). Domestic PRIORITY shipments are expected to arrive within 1 to 4 business days after shipping. International Standard shipments are expected to arrive in 3 to 6 weeks (they may take 8 to 12 weeks on account of delay in customs).
When I'll Recieve My Order?
If you place an order choosing Internet processing and pay by credit card, it takes up to 4 days for order processing. Then we will ship it to you. If you use Standard Delivery, it takes 4 to 14 days (total up to 21 days). With Priority Mail, shipping takes 1 to 4 days.
If I Use Fax/Mail Order Processing and Pay by Check, When I'll Receive My Order?
If you paid by check, our bank need additional time to clear you check. For California's check it takes 2-4 days, for other states in USA it takes 4-6 business days, for foreign check it takes 2-6 weeks. After check will be cleared, we'll ship your order.
How do I cancel an order?
You can send us an email requesting that we cancel the order. You should include your name and order number in the email. Once we receive the email and confirm that the order has not been shipped, we will cancel your order and send you a "Confirmation of Cancellation" for your order. Your credit card number will be charged back with refund. Please note that until you receive a "Confirmation of Cancellation" email, the order has not been canceled. If you order shipped, it can't be canceled, only returned (see our return policy).
Who pays for the shipping with a return?
That depends. If it was our mistake, we will pay for shipping. Otherwise, the recipient (or owner of the billing card of record) must pay for the shipping of any returns. This includes package refusals and packages that are otherwise undeliverable due to no fault of ours.
Do you have a physical store location?
Although we don't have a physical store location, we do our best to provide accurate product information and detailed pictures so that your product questions are easily answered at the site. Yes, we sell through couple of retail stores in Whatcom County, WA.
We accept payments made with MasterCard or VISA credit cards, US checks, or US Money Order.

We ship our product all around the world using United States Postal Service, or sometimes Canadian Postal Service.
We find it more efficient to dispatch items separately. Since we receive items from a number of different suppliers, who will invariably deliver items at different times of the day, and sometimes, on different days entirely, we find it more efficient to dispatch items as soon as they arrive, as opposed to delaying an order whilst we wait for an order to arrive in its entirety.
